Sensory Garden Looking Good for Spring

Back in 20011, Connect FM hosted a competition to provide a transformation of an open space to a local worthy cause. We were in the top 3 and following three days of public voting, we won the public vote!!

The team from Moutlon College and Travis Perkins worked hard to create a Sensory Garden for use by all of the adults with learning disabilities that we support either in our care homes, or in the Day Resource Centre or from the local community.

Many years on, and we are still enjoying the beautiful space that has been created and our service users have been busy getting the garden ready for Spring when we hope the weather will be good enough to make use of it more often.
